I am currently a Student at UU. I am doing my bachelor's in Molecular and Biophysical life sciences. My dream is to become a scientific researcher. I have always been intrigued by the microscopic world. Outside of studies, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and anything outdoorsy. We are Samuel and Julia from Finland and we have lived happily together for almost two years now. We were both accepted to the University of Groningen a few weeks ago; Julia (23 years old) will study psychology and Samuel (soon-to-be 21 years old), will study biomedical engineering. Hence, we are now looking for an apartment in Groningen beginning from the 1st of August, but if needed, we are also capable of paying rent for the summer months as well. As our studies in Groningen will take at least four years, we are looking for long-term housing. This spring, we will both graduate from the Helsinki Conservatory of Music with degrees in classical music performance. During our studies there, we have been working part-time in a traditional high-class café in central Helsinki. After graduation, we will earn 2500 € per month and can travel to Groningen at almost any moment to see the apartment(s). As tenants, we are responsible and reliable – we have been lucky enough to grow up in modern, neat childhood homes and we truly appreciate aesthetics and a clean environment. We don't have pets, neither of us smokes or uses any kind of intoxicants and we never throw parties.
