Although I am an easy-going and social person, I balance it out with my private time while respecting others'. A place without regular parties would be ideal. I have lived in two separate properties during my studies, and in both cases I have left the places in good conditions and have left a good impression! I am a very neat and orderly tenant who mostly does arts and crafts, draws or reads. I like to think of myself as a very non-conflicting, flexible and approachable person. At the moment, I am employed in “Loetje Tilburg” restaurant - a catering job in the center. This is my main source of income which would cover the rent.
