I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. I appreciate having guests but am mindful of other's comfort, and would always be open and communicative about having people over, and much the same would appreciate room mates to be open with me as well. I'm open to developing friendships but do not see this as a top priority in searching for a roommate. It is important to have a good level of understanding and respect of our mutual space. I like to keep my living space clean and organized and am the type of person to wash dishes as they are made. I'm looking to move in sometime during June. I'm hoping to find a house near Amsterdam Oost region. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.
