I will be in Amsterdam for a research program at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) for my Master’s Degree. My program runs from February 1st until the end of May 2026. I can assure you I am financially responsible and all payments, including rent and utility bills, will always be on time. I am a quiet, responsible, and clean person, so you won't have to worry about cleaning or housekeeping, as I’m already used to managing my home space. For instance, when I cook, I always clean up immediately afterwards, so the kitchen is always clean and ready for the next person. During the week, I expect to spend most of my time studying in the library. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
