I am a Master’s student in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft, currently living in Delft. I am originally from the Canary Islands, Spain, and previously completed my Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering at TU Eindhoven. Outside of my studies, I enjoy spending time with friends, being outdoors, and doing sports. I have an international group of friends and speak fluent English, so I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. I have lived in shared accommodation before, including with both students and working professionals, and I have always had a very good experience. I am respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
