I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. Before retiring I worked in Health & Child Services in the UK as a practitioner/manager. When I return to the Netherlands I hope to settle and make it my home. I am very familiar with Arnhem and surrounding areas and hope to rent an apartment there. I have two grown up children, a son living in Berlin and a daughter living in Scotland. I have several higher education qualifications. My interests are in the Arts generally and music (jazz & classical) and film in particular. I recently took a Dutch language course - it is a tough language to learn! But I will improve!
