Hi! My girlfriend and I are both first-year MSc students and are currently looking for an apartment in the Netherlands. I study Electrical Engineering at TU Delft, while she studies Sociology at Utrecht University. We have lived in the Netherlands for the past four years and have been living together for over two years. We are both quiet, responsible and respectful tenants, and we always take good care of the places we live in. We do not smoke and do not have any pets. Together, we have a monthly income of around €3,500 net. My father is also willing to act as a guarantor and earns around six times the monthly rent for properties in the range we are looking at. We can provide references from previous landlords, as well as proof of income and any other documents required.
