Ik ben David, een 22-jarige Ierse student die in eind augustus 2026 begint aan een Researchmaster Geschiedenis aan de Universiteit Leiden. Ik ga voor twee jaar naar Nederland verhuizen. Ik ben niet-roker, netjes en respectvol, en heb alle benodigde documenten klaar (inschrijfbewijs, ID, inkomensbewijs, verzekering). Ik kan 2–3 maanden huur voorschieten en beschik over een ouderlijke borg. Ik ben 4–7 augustus in Nederland voor bezichtigingen en kan snel een huurcontract ondertekenen.
