I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

Hello, I’m an international student from the US who has been living in the Netherlands (Maastricht) for the past 3 years. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. Hey! My name is Willem (25 years) and I started my PhD in February at the RIVM. The project is about building models to predict the spread of infectious diseases, like our good old friend corona… About myself: I am a social, physically active, calm and tidy person. In my spare time, I do calisthenics. Mostly in the gym, but preferably outside with nice weather and good company. Outdoor activities are my favorite! Besides calisthenics, I am looking for another sport, which might become bouldering and/or cycling. I also enjoy listening to music (from classical music to heavy metal and everything in between) and still want to learn how to sing. Besides sports, I really enjoy having a chat with my roommates during dinner or a relaxed evening on the couch. I work 2-3 days from home, so there are plenty of opportunities to catch up!
