Ik zal mijzelf even voorstellen: mijn naam is Michiel, 26 jaar, en nu ook al woonachtig in Nijmegen, in een studentenhuis. Ik heb kunstmatige intelligentie gestudeerd, en ik werk nu als promovendus in het Radboudumc, en zou graag een iets grotere en rustigere woning willen. Hiervoor lijkt de aangeboven woning me ideaal. Ik ben ingeloot voor een nieuwbouwwoning, die ik medio 2027 mag betreden. Op dit moment ben ik op zoek naar een woning waarin ik deze overbruggende periode kan doorbrengen.
