Ik zoek een studio of klein appartement voor mijn 2 jarige dochter en ik, 40m2 is in principe genoeg maar ben blij met elke extra m2. Ik heb ook 2 volwassen rustige poezen, deze richten geen schade aan. Ik wil niet meer betalen dan 1100 excl of 1300 incl, het liefst iets waar ik ook huurtoeslag aan kan vragen. Minimaal voor een jaar maar in principe verwacht ik langer te blijven aangezien ik toch geen hypotheek kan krijgen de eerste paar jaar. Ik ben verder vrij introvert, maak geen lawaai, ben schoon en ik houd niet van te veel rommel, daardoor houdt ik meubilair altijd minimaal. Ik rook en drink niet.
