I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. My name is Vilius, a second-year physiotherapy student at Hanze UAS. I am a social, friendly, tidy, and responsible individual. I came to Groningen to study and work hard, I put a lot of focus on that. However, I enjoy having conversations with a warm cup of coffee. In addition to studying, I work as a caregiver, so from time to time, I would have a busy schedule. Mijn naam is Vilius, tweedejaars student fysiotherapie aan de Hanzehogeschool.
