My name is Joshua, and I am about to start my second year of the Master's program in Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Systems at TU Eindhoven. This year of my studies is going to be demanding, as I'll start work on my thesis, so what I'm really looking for is a calm and quiet home and I think a studio suits that perfectly. I mainly use my home to study, sleep, and unwind, and I have no interest in turning it into a social hub. I don't throw parties, and I don't invite loud friends over. I'm pretty introverted but even if I want to do social things, I rather do it outside my home because I love having my space to myself. I also take real pride in how I look after a space. I'm very clean and organized, and I bring the same discipline to my home that I bring to my studies, everything has its place, and I stay on top of upkeep rather than letting things slide. You can trust that your property would be well cared for the whole time I'm there. On the practical side, I'm someone you can count on. Rent will always be paid on time, without exception. I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation. I'm looking for a stable, long-term home for the rest of my Master's and the coming years as I transition into full time work. I think a quiet, well-kept studio and a quiet, well-kept tenant just make sense together, and I'd be very happy to share references, or anything else that would put your mind at ease. Hey, ik ben Lucas. Ik ben 18 jaar oud en ik ga aankomend schooljaar beginnen aan mijn opleidin scheikunde aan Radboud universiteit in Nijmegen. Aangezien het 2 uur reizen is met OV vanaf IJsselmuiden zoek ik een plekje wat dichter in de buurt. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, leer ik graag over nieuwe dingen en ga ik graag met vrienden om. Ik sport nu ongeveer 5 à 6 dagen in een week, maar ik weet uiteraard nog niet hoe dat gaat zijn zodra ik eenmaal studeer. Sociaal contact is voor mij geen probleem dus ik zal geen problemen hebben met mogelijke huisgenoten. Verder houd ik van een opgeruimde leefomgeving en vind vind ik het ook geen probleem om dingen die ik gebruik netjes achter te laten. Ik hoop dat dit een enigszins helder beeld geeft van wie ik ben! Komende september begin ik aan de Radboud Universiteit. Omdat ik uit Heerhugowaard kom, ben ik op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Nijmegen om de lange reistijd te vermijden. Ik ben een rustige en nette jongen die houdt van een gezellige sfeer.
