I have a guarantor. I live alone, and have no pets and don't smoke. I am Peruvian but in the process of acquiring the documents of my Spanish citizenship. I'm available for a viewing at anytime . When could I come by for a viewing? I can move in one month after agreeing on the contract but I could start paying the rent from before to secure the place.

Als huisgenoot ben ik een sociale, nette, en rustige jongen. Ik hou erg van koken en ben dus zeker vaak te porren voor een goede maaltijd met een drankje erbij. Qua hobbies kan je me vaak vinden in de bergen op een beklimming of in de boulderhal. Ook maak ik veel (analoge) foto's en bak ik brood! I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.
