I am tidy, organised, and respectful of shared spaces, and I will not be bringing many belongings with me. As an international student, it is important that I am able to register at the address with the municipality (for my BSN). I am looking for long-term accommodation with a budget of up to €1000 per month (utilities included). I can provide proof of financial stability, including a bank statement and a guarantor. I am also be able to provide my university admission letter. My rent will be financially supported through the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund, and I also have personal savings. I am happy to provide identification or any additional information if needed, and I am available for online viewings. Hoi, Wij zijn Sina (22) en Philipp (22), een stel uit Neurenberg in Duitsland. We hebben net onze bachelor afgerond en starten in september met de master Bedrijfskunde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. We zijn op zoek naar een fijne woonplek vanaf augustus. Dat kan een appartement voor ons samen zijn, maar we zijn ook op zoek naar een kamer voor één van ons. Als jullie twee kamers vrij hebben in een woongroep, zou dat perfect zijn voor ons, en hopelijk ook voor jullie. Voor ons is de verhuizing naar Groningen meer dan alleen een studie. We hebben allebei een sterke band met Nederland en kijken ernaar uit om hier de komende jaren te wonen, te studeren en later ook te werken.
