Hoi! Ik ben Armana, 20 jaar oud, en studeer momenteel Zorg en Welzijn aan Yonder in Tilburg. Vanaf volgend jaar start ik met de opleiding Maatschappelijk Werk. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne en rustige plek waar ik me goed kan focussen op mijn studie. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag creatief bezig. Ik ontwerp en maak mijn eigen kleding op mijn naaimachine en vind het leuk om daar mijn tijd in te steken. Daarnaast wandel en sport ik graag. Mijn uitgaansfase heb ik inmiddels wel gehad, dus ik ben vooral op zoek naar een plek waar ik tot rust kan komen. Ik ben een rustig en sociaal persoon en vind het belangrijk om respectvol met de mensen om me heen om te gaan en rekening met elkaar te houden. I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
