I intend to register at the address (BRP) and to stay long term. Income: my ESA salary is about 3.329 euro net per month. ESA salaries are exempt from Dutch income tax and social security, which is why the net figure is high for the grade. My contract runs 12 months and is extendable to 24, which I intend to take. If a landlord would like more security, my father can act as guarantor: permanent contract, about 4.822 euro net per month. I can supply my ESA appointment letter, an official salary statement, bank statements and passport immediately. What I am looking for: a self-contained apartment or studio in Leiden, or between Leiden and Noordwijk along the bus 400 route. Up to about 1.700 euro per month all in. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen.
