Hello and nice to meet you! My name is Joris, I am 31 years old and currently live in Utrecht. Unfortunately my relationship has come to an end and I need to move out to a new place as soon as possible and would like to move to Amsterdam. Let me tell a bit more about myself: I was born and raised in the Netherlands and have studied business and innovation in Groningen and Newcastle. I love to travel and go on outdoor adventures. Last year I went hiking for 3 weeks in the Annapurna region in Nepal, this was amazing and I can really recommend it. Next to that I like to do rock climbing and am currently training for a mountain marathon. Now I may seem like someone who can't sit still or whatever but I am a actually a very calm housemate who likes to chill, experiment with cooking, listen to all sorts of music ranging from jazz to hip-hop and from indie to techno (I'll bring my hi-fi set, you'll love it). I'm always down for a drink/borrel and like to go to a festival or a bar every now and then! Apart from this I work full-time as a consultant in the IT-sector and like to work at home from time-to-time. Ah yea, I have a lot of plants, hopefully I can bring them! Ik ben Maarten, 21 jaar en ben opgegroeid in Steenwijk. Nadat ik dit jaar afgestudeerd ben aan mijn HBO Commerciële economie in Zwolle, ga ik volgend jaar beginnen aan mijn pre-master marketing aan de RUG. Na de pre-master begin ik aan de master Marketing management. Naast mijn studie ben ik regelmatig op het voetbalveld te vinden of bezig met andere sporten. Daarnaast hou ik ervan om gezellige dingen te doen met vrienden. Tijdens mijn vorige studie heb ik ervoor gekozen om nog in Steenwijk te blijven, maar het lijkt me nu juist leuk om een toffe kamer te vinden met chille huisgenoten. Daarom lijkt het me ook leuk om wekelijks samen te eten of leuke dingen te doen. Ik ben een rustige en serieuze jongen van 19 jaar en ik zoek een kamer voor de dagen dat ik in Leiden moet zijn om er te studeren en te slapen. Momenteel reis ik vanuit Nijmegen op en neer naar Leiden voor mijn studie Taalwetenschap. In het weekend en de college-vrije periodes zal ik thuis in Nijmegen zijn. In mijn vrije tijd luister ik naar muziek en kijk ik films en series, altijd met een koptelefoon op. Ik rook niet en drink geen alcohol. Ik ben wat meer op mezelf en vind het dus geen probleem om geen bezoek in mijn kamer te ontvangen. Maar een praatje is altijd gezellig. En ik hou van bordspelletjes.
