Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Aangezien ik nog niet in Nederland woon is het belangrijk dat ik me officieel kan inschrijven op het adres. Mijn budget is maximaal €1300 voor een appartement en maximaal €700 voor een kamer in een gedeelde woning.
