Aankomend collegejaar ga ik beginnen aan de TU Delft. Ik zoek daarom een kamer in Delft. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het leuk om te judoën en om leuke dingen te doen met vrienden. Ook doe ik in de zomervakantie vrijwilligerswerk: ik help mee bij een kindervakantiespellenweek door de kinderen te begeleiden. Ik vind het altijd leuk om te zien hoe vrolijk ze daar van worden. I’m a 19 year-old Italian student, who is looking forward to studying physics in Groningen from the next academic year so I think I will move here at the end of August. I love discovering new places but more than anything meeting people from other countries and different cultures, I'm veryy friendly and I can easily connect with everyone. I really like soccer and watching matches in company. While I like being around people, I'm very calm and also need some time alone, in fact one of the things I need during the day is meditation and I'm looking into starting practicing yoga, I also really like reading books and listening to music. I would love an environment where I can share my spare time with my roommates by doing things like watching football or tennis matches, playing table games watch movies or series together. And at the same time I would like a setting that gives everyone their own space and time to study peacefully. We were both accepted to the University of Groningen a few weeks ago; Julia (23 years old) will study psychology and Samuel (soon-to-be 21 years old), will study biomedical engineering. As our studies in Groningen will take at least four years, we are looking for long-term housing. This spring, we will both graduate from the Helsinki Conservatory of Music with degrees in classical music performance. During our studies there, we have been working part-time in a traditional high-class café in central Helsinki. After graduation, we will earn 2500 € per month and can travel to Groningen at almost any moment to see the apartment(s). As tenants, we are responsible and reliable – we have been lucky enough to grow up in modern, neat childhood homes and we truly appreciate aesthetics and a clean environment. We don't have pets, neither of us smokes or uses any kind of intoxicants and we never throw parties.
