Vind lezen erg leuk, houd ook wel van een drankje doen, uitgaan. Verder ben ik heel schoon aangelegd. verder vind ik het leuk om te koken en lekkere dingen te bakken. Hoi! Ik ben Matthijs en ik ben 19 jaar oud. Aankomend studiejaar ga ik beginnen aan de bachelor sociologie in Nijmegen. Ik ben veel op de hockeyclub te vinden. Zo speel ik zelf 2 keer in de week en geef ik training aan de kleintjes onder 10 jaar. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het heel erg leuk om te koken. Voor vrienden, familie, maar ook om mezelf te verwennen (vooral met de risotto, dat is toch wel mijn favoriet). Verder vind ik het erg gezellig om regelmatig een spelletjesavond te houden en ben ik ook altijd in voor een wandelingetje. Ik zoek een gezellig, maar ook rustig studentenhuis waarin er veel contact is tussen de huisgenoten. Denk aan samen avondeten of spelletjesavonden houden. Wel zou het fijn zijn als het huis een vrijblijvend karakter heeft. Groetjes!

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR I am looking for a room to rent a room from the beginning of the academic year (around late August/start September. I love talking about movies and books. I am very interested in politics, hence why I wanted to move abroad to be able to study in Den Haag. I am a dedicated student, and I intend to take my studies very seriously. I am tidy and enjoy cooking yummy meals. I have a sneaky little plan to start making my own hummus when I move to the Netherlands. In my free time, I like to do yoga and go to gigs. I like staying active by running and hiking. I would say that I am quite easy going and flexible, and I enjoy living with other people. While I am in the Netherlands, I plan on learning to at least understand, but hopefully also speak Dutch. I think, that now that I plan on being in the Netherlands for three years, it would be amazing to be able to properly immerse myself in the country. I graduated high school in the summer of 2022, and I have been travelling since. I spent one year backpacking through the Balkans, Caucasus, Nepal, India, South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. After that I was so tired, but not ready to go back to Europe, so I spent 6 months living and working in Melbourne, Australia with my sibling. I worked as a waiter and a bartender. While living in Melbourne I lived in a couple different rental houses. I loved living with my room mates and sharing our everyday. I am quite tidy and outgoing, so I enjoy living in a shared space. While in Australia, I have also worked on constructing a building exclusively out of natural materials on an old-school hippie retreat, taken care of 73 unruly huskies on an isolated mountain farm and worked at a hostel in the red-earth centre of Australia. FINANCIALS I get a monthly student support from the Danish government of about €850 that will cover my rent. I intend to work on the side while studying. Hey my name is Marah and I’m 19 years and from Germany. I finished school in June and am currently living abroad before I want to start studying sport management in September. Therefore I’m looking for a room in Groningen. I’m open for anything, could be a shared household, a studio or even an apartment with up to 3 bedrooms. The price per room I’m looking for is max 700 euros incl. Preferably I would like to start renting the room in July but for the right fit I’m willing to rent it earlier. My big passion is sports, especially the gym and all kind of outdoor sports. I just completed my PT license and hope to work in a gym in addition to my studies.
