I’m a Master’s student at TU Delft with a full scholarship, who also works part time as an Engineer remotely. I live with my partner, who is a PhD Employee in TU Delft starting November 2025 (meaning we have stable income). My partner has lived in the NL since 2023 for his Master’s degree in TU Delft, and I joined him near the end of 2025. Our current housing only lasts until March 2026 due to renovation purposes. We are a clean, organised, and quiet couple, and hope to be able to relocate to a housing with longterm contract.

Hi, my name is Vittorio, I am 19 years old and I live in Milan, Italy. I got last year my high school diploma at Liceo Classico. I don't know if there is the equivalent in the Netherlands: I studied Latin and Greek for five years, as well as philosophy and history, which is by far my favourite subject. I also love maths, science, nature and animals so last year I enrolled in Applied Earth Sciences in Delft, because I would like to contribute to making our world a bit sustainable. Then, after some month in Delft I decided to quit Applied Earth Sciences in order to follow my ancient passion for history and I will start in September to study History at Utrecht University. I am a bit shy, so in my spare time I don't go out that much, but I prefer to read or watch TV series (my favourites have been Breaking Bad, The Boys, Better Call Saul and The Office). When I see my friends, mainly my high school friends, together we love to play Dungeons and Dragons or watch movies. I would like to start university in a studio or in a shared flat, both solutions are suitable for me because I love getting to know new people and cultures and to integrate more quickly with the world of university students in Utrecht. I would love to learn Dutch and get to know more about the culture, customs and cuisine of this country. I love cooking a lot and would love to both learn new recipes and share the ones I know (pasta carbonara is my favourite). I am quite tidy and I like my kitchen and bathroom to be clean and tidy, and I always make an effort, even at home, to respect common places. University starts on 1 September, but I am willing to rent a room right away, so that I can, during the summer, come and bring a few things.
