Hi! I'm Roni and I'm looking for a flat/room. A bit about me: I'm from Barcelona and currently I work at the VU as a lecturer. I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties. I will talk to my family quite a bit on the phone, but I have learnt to tone down the Spanish volume to acceptable standards. Also, not a smoker! I currently work at Poke Perfect in the city, which I really enjoy. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. I’m flexible with the move-in date and would also happily move in immediately.
