Afgelopen september ben ik begonnen met de studie bachelor BIT aan de UT. Ik heb nu een kamer op de campus in onderhuur. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in een huis met een gezellige sfeer, waar zowel tijd is voor studeren als iets samendoen of te praten. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik meestal actief bezig. Ik hockey bij de H1 van DHC op de campus. Ik ben ook betrokken bij de eerste jaar commissie van DHC en organiseer het team- weekend met een paar andere teamgenoten. Daarnaast vind ik het ook leuk om met vrienden af te spreken om samen iets te drinken, film te kijken of een spelletje te spelen. Als huisgenoot ben ik sociaal, netjes en altijd in voor een praatje of een activiteit bijvoorbeeld een huisavond of huisweekend en een gezamenlijke maaltijd. Ik maak regelmatig avondeten voor mijn huis. De laatste tijd heb ik veel gekookt, omdat ik eerder klaar was met mijn tentamens dan de andere huisgenoten. I don't know if there is the equivalent in the Netherlands: I studied Latin and Greek for five years, as well as philosophy and history, which is by far my favourite subject. I also love maths, science, nature and animals so last year I enrolled in Applied Earth Sciences in Delft, because I would like to contribute to making our world a bit sustainable. Then, after some month in Delft I decided to quit Applied Earth Sciences in order to follow my ancient passion for history and I will start in September to study History at Utrecht University. I am a bit shy, so in my spare time I don't go out that much, but I prefer to read or watch TV series (my favourites have been Breaking Bad, The Boys, Better Call Saul and The Office). When I see my friends, mainly my high school friends, together we love to play Dungeons and Dragons or watch movies. I would like to start university in a studio or in a shared flat, both solutions are suitable for me because I love getting to know new people and cultures and to integrate more quickly with the world of university students in Utrecht.
