Hoi! Ik ben Mélanie, 22 jaar, en ik begin volgend jaar aan de master Applied Linguistics in Groningen. Momenteel doe ik de pre-master Language Variation & Multilingualism in Nijmegen. Wat over mij: ik ben rustige, nette en vriendelijke huisgenoot die houdt van een gezonde, actieve levensstijl. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak bezig met muziek. Ik luister alles van pop en K-Pop tot rockbands, dans graag (HipHop, Afro, K-Pop), en ik drum in een band (geen zorgen, mijn drumstel blijft netjes in de oefenruimte dus jullie oren zijn veilig!). Daarnaast leer ik graag talen (zoals Japans en Koreaans), en geef ik als vrijwilliger Nederlandse les aan internationals bij een taalcafé, superleuk en dankbaar werk. Verder hou ik van koken, samen sporten, spelletjes doen of gewoon lekker kletsen. En ik ben altijd in voor iets nieuws, dus neem me vooral mee in jullie hobby's! Hopelijk tot snel! Hi, My name is Julius, I'm 28 years old, working as a Naval Architect/Ocean Engineer, and am originally from Berlin. I studied in different cities around europe and before moving to Rotterdam. After 2 years of living in my current shared flat, the house is unfortunately breaking up so i'm looking for a new home with lovely people:) In my free time, I listen and produce a lot of music and occasionally DJ, so you can expect some fun night outs with me (don't worry, no afters in the kitchen ;). I also really love water sports and try to surf and sail as often as possible. Besides that i enjoy watching niche/independent movies, going to exhibitions and the fleamarket on sundays.
