Ik woon momenteel een aantal jaar met huisgenoten in Leiden en ik ben op zoek naar een wat rustigere omgeving met een woonplek voor mijzelf. Ik heb een voorkeur in de buurt van Leiden waardoor het makkelijk blijft voor mij om naar mijn werk en studie te gaan. Al met al ben ik wel een rustige guy en betaal ik altijd netjes de huur als mijn eerste uitgaven. Ik kan eerder verhuizen als dat nodig is of iets later, 1 januari is slechts een schatting.
