My partner and I have recently finished our short term lease, now we are looking for our new home. We moved to Eindhoven in October of 2025 from Ireland to get a fresh start. We both work within Eindhoven city centre and we have both made a strong communities between friends and colleagues. We consider ourselves very clean and reliable tenants who are simply looking for a new house to call our home!

Hey, I'm Jan, a student from Czechia, moving to the Netherlands to do my bachelor's in Computer Science at TU Delft. I'm pretty tidy and easy-going, the type who cleans up after himself and doesn't bring drama into the flat. Outside of my studies I'm into the hardware side of tech, mostly designing PCBs, which is a quiet desk hobby I keep to my own room. But I'm not a hermit, I'm always down for a coffee, a meal, or a night out here and there. I also love traveling and seeing new places, and when I'm winding down you'll usually find me watching anime. I grew up dancing in a Moravian folklore group, and I've played a bunch of instruments over the years (organ, classical and electric guitar, mandolin), though I don't get to them as much these days. I don't smoke, no cigarettes or vapes, and I'm not really a drinker. I'm totally fine with a social household, I just don't need it to be a party every single night. Somewhere friendly and relaxed, where people actually hang out but also appreciate a bit of quiet, is my kind of place.
