I’m financially stable and fully able to cover the rent. I’m looking for a place where the atmosphere is calm, clean, and friendly — I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and I don’t have pets. I need to find a new home near my work, as I'm registered in Nijmegen (my old home) but since I'm working in Amsterdam, I had to look for somewhere closer, and I'm currently staying in an apartment in Amersfoort for just a few months. Because of this, and because I want to settle in the Amsterdam area, I urgently need to find a house.
