My boyfriend and I are quiet, respectful, and reliable tenants both working full time while we have an active but peaceful lifestyle. He's 26 and Irish and I'm 29 and I'm Russian and Spanish. We both have been renting rooms before, so we can take good care of your place. We're both very easy going and enjoy cooking and music together. He's definitely more of a social bird than I am, so don't expect me to be very friendly until I had my breakfast. I'm not really a morning person.
