Daarnaast werk ik als CareGiver, waarbij ik oudere mensen ondersteun in het dagelijks leven — van een goed gesprek en een kopje koffie tot koken of schoonmaken. In mijn vrije tijd hockey ik twee keer per week, spreek ik graag af met vrienden en geniet ik van gezellige avonden: soms op stap, maar net zo vaak met een wijntje op de bank, filmpjes kijken of spelletjes doen. Beste, Mijn naam is Sem, ik ben 24 jaar oud. En ik ben opzoek naar een woning wat ik tijdelijk of permanent mijn huisje kan noemen. Ik werk ongeveer 40 uur perweek in de bouw (8:00 uur op de klus en 16:00 weer weg). Daar ben ik nu al 6 jaar timmerman en probeer ik mij te ontwikkelen richting loodgieter. Ook voetbal ik graag. Dat doe ik een paar keer per week en drinken wij daarna vaak graag een borrel. Wij betalen daar nu al een jaar €2200,- voor. Voor twee starters die willen opbouwen naar uiteindelijk een huisje kopen is dat gewoon te veel. Daarom hoop ik dat jullie een woning kunnen vinden voor mij. Terwijl mijn vriendin terug gaat naar haar ouders tot haar studie klaar is.
