Hi! We’re Georgina and Anna, and we’re looking for a place to rent together. We’re both Master's students at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague. Georgina studies Industrial Design, and Anna studies Non-Linear Narrative. Alongside our studies, we both work and have a combined monthly income of approximately €4,000-4,500. We’re responsible, friendly, and easygoing people who enjoy a social but respectful home environment. We take pride in keeping our living space clean and well cared for. In our free time, we enjoy crocheting, graphic design, playing Nintendo, board games, and coding. We’re very adaptable people, we enjoy going out with friends, but we’re just as happy spending a quiet evening at home. We understand that being students can sometimes raise concerns, but we have a strong rental profile. We have always paid our rent on time, have excellent relationships with our current and previous landlords, and can provide proof of income, guarantors for both of us, landlord references, and any other documents you may require. If needed, we are also willing to pay several months' rent in advance. We’re looking for a place we can call home and would love the opportunity to introduce ourselves. Dat is een nieuwe stap waar ik ontzettend naar uitkijk, en daarom hoop ik een prettige plek te vinden om deze periode van mijn leven te starten. Ik ben een rustig, sociaal en verantwoordelijk persoon. Ik houd mijn woonruimte graag netjes en vind het belangrijk om rekening te houden met de mensen om me heen. Een fijne en respectvolle woonomgeving betekent veel voor mij. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak te vinden op het voetbalveld of in de sportschool. Daarnaast luister ik graag naar muziek (uiteraard met een koptelefoon) en bezoek ik regelmatig een filmhuis. Ik geniet van een rustige en gezellige sfeer en ben geen feestganger.
