Beste lezer Mijn naam is Noes, ik ben 19 jaar oud en eerstejaars student Illustratie aan de Willem de Kooning Academie (WDKA) in Rotterdam. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een nette en rustige woonruimte, bij voorkeur dicht bij het centrum van de stad vanwege mijn studie. Mijn huidige huurcontract loopt af eind mei, dus ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe plek vóór die datum. Ik heb eerder met huisgenoten samengewoond en weet goed hoe belangrijk het is om een prettige en respectvolle woonomgeving te hebben. Ik ben een georganiseerde en nette persoon, en ik hecht veel waarde aan een schone en verzorgde leefomgeving. Ik werk gemiddeld 15-20 uur per week bij een bakkerij. Hallo! Wij zijn Lucia en Giulia, een stel van 21 en 22 jaar oud. Momenteel wonen wij in De Bilt, waar we het afgelopen jaar al met veel plezier een woning hebben gedeeld. Giulia rondt op dit moment haar master in juridisch onderzoek af. Lucia rondt haar dubbele bachelor in natuurkunde, sterrenkunde en wiskunde af, waarna ze in september start met een master in theoretische natuurkunde en vastestoffysica. Naast haar studie werkt zij als onderwijsassistent aan de Universiteit Utrecht en bij de Plus in Bilthoven. Samen hebben wij een maandelijks inkomen van ongeveer € 2.500. Als huurders zijn wij verantwoordelijk, rustig en respectvol, wat wordt ondersteund door onze bewezen staat van dienst als samenwonend koppel. Hoi! Ik ben Minthe en ik kom uit Zuid-Limburg. Aankomend schooljaar ga ik Bouwkunde studeren aan de HAN in Arnhem, dus ik ben op zoek naar een fijne kamer omdat de reistijd anders echt te lang wordt. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief: ik speel tennis en ga het liefst elk jaar op wintersport.
