Hi, I am starting my Master's in Maastricht and I am looking for a nice place with fun roommates :) My name is Nike, I am 23 years old and I am from Germany. I have spent the last 3 years living in Rotterdam for my Bachelor's, and this September I will be starting a Master's in Cognitive Neuroscience in Maastricht. I have been living in shared apartments for the past 5 years, so I am very used to sharing a space and being considerate of the people around me. I like it when a shared apartment feels a bit social, and it's nice to occasionally hang out with the people I live with. I really value good communication and am mindful of keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. I enjoy cooking and baking, which tends to work out quite well for the people I live with. My other amazing qualities include being the owner of a somewhat fancy espresso machine and an air fryer. I am pretty easygoing at home and generally like to keep things relaxed. After a long day I am usually happy to unwind for a bit, but I also enjoy spending time together, whether that's cooking, playing games, watching a show, or sharing a glass of wine. Other than that, I enjoy getting out and being active. I like hiking, camping, and going to the gym. I also have a ton of creative hobbies that I can barely keep track of, but lately I have been more into sewing and sketching. hello my name is Lauri, I am 19 years old and I am from Slovakia. In September I will be starting my studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies. In my free time I really enjoy photography, design, staying in and watching movies, shows, or reading books. I enjoy social outings but I also appreciate some quiet time for myself. I am looking for a comfortable room where I can settle down for at least a few months (If more is possible that is great, but if not that is okay too) until I get to know the city and people around me. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets either. For the past four years, since I was 15, I was attending a Secondary vocational school in Slovakia and because of that I have been living in a dormitory most of the time. Thanks to this I am already used to sharing bathrooms, kitchens or livingrooms with other people. I am respectful of others and their personal space. I am a tidy considerate person and enjoy sorting through/ cleaning my stuff as some sort of outlet. Very excited for this chapter of my life and making new friends wheter it is at school or my roommates/housemates.
