We are currently searching for a furnished 1 to 2 bedroom apartment starting from 26 August 2026, with a maximum budget range of €1,500 to €2,000. Ideally, we would prefer a place with registration and a long-term contract, but we’re also open to temporary housing for 6 months if that helps us settle in comfortably while we search for something more permanent. We’re flexible when it comes to location, as long as the commute to Bijlmer Arena is manageable by public transport, ideally within 30 minutes or so. Areas such as Amstelveen, Diemen, Amsterdam Zuid, Nieuw-West, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Aalsmeer, Heemstede, and nearby locations would all work well for us. A bit about us: we’re a quiet, tidy married couple who enjoy exploring new cities, staying active, and building a comfortable home wherever we go. We both value a clean, respectful living space and believe we would be reliable, low-maintenance tenants who would take excellent care of the property. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
