Hi ik ben op zoek naar een woning of studio vanaf 1 april. Het liefst voor onbepaalde tijd in de omgeving Alkmaar Beverwijk Purmerend Halfweg Zaandam Haarlem Amsterdam in verband met mijn werk daar voor ( heb ik een auto). Wat meer over mij: ik ben 52 jaar, ik heb heel lang eigen koopwoning gehad eigenlijk maar helaas vanwege persoonlijke omstandigheden eigen koopwonin verkoopt Ik werk als Teamleider in productie ik sport graag en ik beving me het liefst in de natuur, wandelend. Verder rook ik niet, geen alcohol of drugs ik leid een bewust en rustig leven. Als iemand van iets weet hoor ik dat graag. Alvast bedankt Carlo 🙏✨

Hoi hoi, ik ben op zoek naar een leuke kamer/studio/appartement in Utrecht, het liefst vanaf augustus 2024, maar juli of september zijn ook een optie. Ik wil namelijk graag vanaf september 2024 in Utrecht komen studeren. Ik hou van muziek (en speel zelf ook basgitaar), lezen en andere dingen die te maken hebben met kunst en cultuur. Ik ben van mezelf een rustig persoon, maar ik hou absoluut wel van gezelligheid. Ik zou het dan ook leuk vinden om in een hecht huis met een klein aantal huisgenoten te komen wonen.

I work in Utrecht Center, I don't smoke and don't have pets. I work as a business Intelligence analyst and I'll work from home most days. I keep calm, mostly enjoy reading, watching movies and sports involving the sea (surfing or stand up paddle) which is why I'm looking to live in Den Haag. I like keeping my living space comfortable and clean. I would enjoy living close to the train station because I can get to my office in Utrecht Center comfortably when I need to, and also travel on the weekends. Also being close to the centre but not in the centre itself would be great for me as I can enjoy the city life when I go there, but also have a more tranquil space when I stay home.

Hello :) I am looking for a room/studio to move in as soon as possible, since the contract of my current accommodation is about to expire. I have been living in Utrecht 3 years now. I arrived as a student doing my masters here, Business and Social Impact and now I am working as an Accounting Administrator at Doctors Without Borders (MSF). Contract can be indicated if required. I will start with the cliches that I am a tidy and clean person (indeed) and a big fan of having always a clean toilet - even when the whole house is a bit disorganized. My day usually starts with working, then chilling at home and then go out for a beer with friends, watch movies/documentaries or trashy reality shows (it can happen to everyone), go to gigs, explore. Although 28 years old, sometimes 73 in soul. I also enjoy going for bouldering and every Friday I am volunteering in refugee camps, playing with teenagers. As such, I am open to communication and compromise for maintaining such an environment. For example in my current accommodation I took the initiative and helped create a sense of community with my floor mates. My ideal living place is very flexible and I can either cook and party together or respect the peace and quiet of an individual while doing my own thing.
