I'm an outgoing, communicative person who likes to spend time in nature but also enjoys cozy evenings reading books, writing and watching movies. In my free time, I like to cook, bake and try out new things. The newest addition to that is archery (and I haven't shot anyone yet out of accident, so that's a bonus). Although I like to spend time with other people, I'm a calm person who also appreciates peace and quiet sometimes. So concerning that, I'm a quiet, unobtrusive roommate. Something else that might be good to know is that I'm fluent in both English and German. I also speak a little Dutch, since I've started to learn it, but so far it's mostly understanding what people say. A little about me - I am fully employed at a Digital Marketing & Streaming company in Amsterdam, and will be moving in alone with no pets. I've lived in The Netherlands, currently in De Pijp, for some years now, and love living in Amsterdam so Im looking for something small and cozy that would allow me to stay here. I am consistent with all payments and have a great amount of tenant experience and can therefore handle any responsibilities that come with the role. Na de zomer begin ik met de studie geneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik woon op dit moment in Drenthe en ben ik dus op zoek naar een kamer. Afgelopen zomer heb ik 2 maand in Frankrijk op een camping in de animatie gewerkt. Nu heb ik een tussenjaar en werk 32 uur in de week. Ik ben een gezellig, sociaal en net persoon. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (21 jaar) en ik studeer in Nijmegen aan de HAN. Ik woon al twee jaar op mijzelf in Arnhem maar door een recentelijke relatiebreuk zoek ik een plekje voor mijzelf in Arnhem. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Per 1 januari of later zoek ik een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
