I'm moving to Groningen in September to start a 4-year Bachelor in Marketing and Management at Hanze University, so I'm looking for a place to settle into long term. My lifestyle is pretty straightforward — I spend my days studying, going to the gym, and cooking at home. I go to bed early, wake up early, and keep a clean and tidy space. I don't smoke, I don't party, and I'm genuinely just a calm and easy person to live with. I respect shared spaces and the people around me. Financially I have full family support, so rent is always on time without question. I'm communicative and easy to deal with — the kind of housemate you barely notice but can always count on. Mijn zoon Kirill (19) is eind augustus begonnen met zijn studie aan Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in Apeldoorn. Kirill is een nette internationale student die de woning zeker schoon zal houden. Hij is opgeruimd, hygiënisch, verantwoordelijk en hij rookt niet. Kirill is de enige bewoner/huurder. Ik zal voor Kirill graag als garantsteller optreden. Ik ben graag bereid mijn inkomensdocumenten op te sturen die aantonen dat wij over voldoende middelen beschikken om de huur te betalen. Mijn totaal bruto maandinkomen bedraagt (omgerekend) ca. EUR 6000 incl. inkomsten van beleggingen en het verhuren van twee appartementen. Om extra zekerheid te bieden bij de beoordeling van de aanvraag kan ik ook de documenten aanleveren van een garantsteller in Nederland, een directeur met een hoog salaris, die bereid is haar inkomensdocumenten in te sturen.
