I'm currently living and studying in Berlin, and I'm excited to make Rotterdam my new home for the next few years. I'd describe myself as organized, responsible, and calm — I like having structure in my life, but I'm not rigid about it, so my daily rhythm shifts a bit depending on the day: some early starts, some slower ones. What stays consistent is that I take good care of my space and the people around me. At home, I value peace, cleanliness, and comfort. I am fluent in English (C1) and learning Dutch, and I am currently around A2 in understanding (both listening and reading) and around A1 in speaking and writing. But since I have now passed all my finals, I can start spending more time learning Dutch, and I anticipate reaching B1 overall by early September and maybe B2 within the next year. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and believe that some of the best learning happens outside the classroom. At home, I appreciate a clean, peaceful and respectful environment. I'm considerate, tidy and easy to live with—I enjoy spending time with others, but I also value quiet evenings to study, read or simply recharge. I'm looking for a long-term room or studio with BRP registration, ideally in The Hague or within a reasonable commuting distance. My accommodation is fully supported by my parents, and I also have a local support network in the Netherlands, including a family friend who can act as a guarantor if needed. Hoi, Wij zijn Sina (22) en Philipp (22), een stel uit Neurenberg in Duitsland. We hebben net onze bachelor afgerond en starten in september met de master Bedrijfskunde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. We zijn op zoek naar een fijne woonplek vanaf augustus. Dat kan een appartement voor ons samen zijn, maar we zijn ook op zoek naar een kamer voor één van ons. Als jullie twee kamers vrij hebben in een woongroep, zou dat perfect zijn voor ons, en hopelijk ook voor jullie. Voor ons is de verhuizing naar Groningen meer dan alleen een studie. We hebben allebei een sterke band met Nederland en kijken ernaar uit om hier de komende jaren te wonen, te studeren en later ook te werken. Tijdens onze bachelor werden we financieel ondersteund door onze families, en dat blijft ook tijdens onze master zo. Daarnaast willen we allebei naast onze studie blijven werken, net zoals we dat in Duitsland deden. Sina werkt momenteel fulltime bij SAP en Philipp bij Siemens Energy. We kunnen natuurlijk een bewijs van onze financiële situatie aanleveren. We zijn rustige en nette huurders, roken niet en hebben geen huisdieren. We vinden het belangrijk om goed voor onze woonruimte te zorgen en zoeken een plek waar we ons echt thuis kunnen voelen.
