I value a clean and quiet space to come back to unwind. My life already is quite busy, so my house serves is this organized and clean oasis. On a day to day basis, I like to workout, go for a run and try different restaurants. Reading and movie restaurants are also included. Oh, and I like to chef around in the kitchen! Ik ben Maarten, 21 jaar en ben opgegroeid in Steenwijk. Nadat ik dit jaar afgestudeerd ben aan mijn HBO Commerciële economie in Zwolle, ga ik volgend jaar beginnen aan mijn pre-master marketing aan de RUG. Na de pre-master begin ik aan de master Marketing management. Naast mijn studie ben ik regelmatig op het voetbalveld te vinden of bezig met andere sporten. Daarnaast hou ik ervan om gezellige dingen te doen met vrienden. Tijdens mijn vorige studie heb ik ervoor gekozen om nog in Steenwijk te blijven, maar het lijkt me nu juist leuk om een toffe kamer te vinden met chille huisgenoten. Daarom lijkt het me ook leuk om wekelijks samen te eten of leuke dingen te doen. I’m a 22-year-old student and will start my MSc degree at Erasmus in September. Currently I live in Eindhoven, where I completed my bachelor’s degree. In my time here I come from Poland, however I have lived most of my life in Ireland (13 years), before moving to the Netherlands for university. During my time in Eindhoven, I helped organise activities from my study association, I did a student team part-time and was part of a volleyball team for 3 years, so I like to keep myself busy. In Eindhoven most of my friends were Dutch and spoke Dutch to me, so I can almost fluently understand Dutch, and speaking is a work-in-progress. While I enjoy social activities, I am also an ambitious student; I completed my BSc in 3 years and will follow 2 MSc programs. I am outgoing, but also like to relax at home from time to time whether it is board games or watching a series. I am a tidy person and always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking and know how to make a meal or two. What I value in a house is a relaxed atmosphere, where there are people to just chill with, but where I can also find some space for myself to relax. I also uploaded some relatively recent pictures which hopefully give a good impression of me :)
