8313 Huisgenoten in Nederland

Wij zijn Huize Twee9, een gezellig studentenhuis met zowel Saxion als UT studenten. We eten elke avond samen in onze woonkamer of op ons dakterras in de zomer. We zijn allemaal actief bij studie/studenten/sportverenigingen. Om de week houden we maandag een huisavond waar we samen spelletjes spelen, EOTB of een film kijken of leuke activiteiten ondernemen, zoals thema-huisavonden. Ook gaan we regelmatig met elkaar naar festivals en organiseren we elk jaar SinterKerst en Nieuw.

My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027. Hoi! Ik ben Amy, 19 jaar, en ik heb net mijn eerste jaar van de bachelor Wiskunde aan de Radboud Universiteit afgerond. Ik kom zelf uit Apeldoorn, maar na een jaar veel op en neer reizen lijkt het me heel fijn om echt in Nijmegen te wonen en meer mee te krijgen van het studentenleven.
