I aspire to become a journalist and felt like the programme that Utrecht University offers fit my needs almost perfectly. This is my first time living abroad but Utrecht could not be more welcoming and charming as a city. What is more, I work in a grocery delivery company here in Utrecht called Picnic. More about me. I am searching for a room or studio to move out to since my living conditions now are pretty unfortunate. I share housing facilities with about 15 other people, mostly older men. The place is dirty, old, and poorly managed. That is why I would love to move out to a more looked after place, it would greatly affect my mental health. I am a friendly, responsible and outgoing person. I love to sing, watch movies, go out and have fun, but I also enjoy me time sometimes. Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.
