Hoi! Ik schaats fanatiek (10x per week) in Deventer en werk als accountant bij Deloitte in Utrechten studeer ook in Utrecht. I’m a 22-year-old student and will start my MSc degree at Erasmus in September. Currently I live in Eindhoven, where I completed my bachelor’s degree. In my time here I come from Poland, however I have lived most of my life in Ireland (13 years), before moving to the Netherlands for university. During my time in Eindhoven, I helped organise activities from my study association, I did a student team part-time and was part of a volleyball team for 3 years, so I like to keep myself busy. In Eindhoven most of my friends were Dutch and spoke Dutch to me, so I can almost fluently understand Dutch, and speaking is a work-in-progress. While I enjoy social activities, I am also an ambitious student; I completed my BSc in 3 years and will follow 2 MSc programs. I am outgoing, but also like to relax at home from time to time whether it is board games or watching a series. I am a tidy person and always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking and know how to make a meal or two. What I value in a house is a relaxed atmosphere, where there are people to just chill with, but where I can also find some space for myself to relax. Momenteel volg ik de mime-theateropleiding te Amsterdam, maar per komend academisch jaar vertrek ik naar het mooie Maastricht om regisseur in spe te worden aan de Toneelacademie. Mijn ideale kamer is ruim, knus, in een gezellig huis en op doenbare afstand van het stadscentrum. Ik kook (redelijk goed vind ik zelf), maak schoon, betaal huur; al met al zou ik mijzelf omschrijven als een toffe huurder. Verder schijn ik gezellig te zijn en goede salades te maken. Pascha

Hi! My name is Alicia. I have been studying Philosophy at the Radboud University for the past year. Right now I am living independently in a room in Nijmegen. Unfortunately this is temporarily, as the contract will be expired in a few months. I am already looking for a new place, because I fell in love with Nijmegen and already built a life for myself here. Also I would like to take on an extra study next year (biology) and it would be very tough to do this while traveling 3 hrs a day. I would characterise myself als spontaneous, extroverted and creative. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. While I enjoy being with other people, I also enjoy spending time alone every now and then. It is in these moments that I like to go to the gym, or just engage in any physical activity in general. Other hobbies of mine are reading, learning (esp. new languages), chilling with friends, going on adventures (could be just in the city, but I also really like to travel the world), meeting new people and playing the piano every now and then. My first language is Dutch, but since my mother is Ukrainian I am also able to speak some Russian. Besides that I also am able to speak English.
