I am looking for a room in a shared flat or a studio from now on. I have lived in three different shared flats in the past five years and I always enjoyed it. Ik ben een student International Business aan NHL Stenden en werk momenteel als Manager bij Direct Result. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe woning in Leeuwarden, en hier is waarom: Mijn werk, school, sportschool en vrienden bevinden zich allemaal in Leeuwarden. Ondanks het feit dat mijn auto recentelijk het loodje heeft gelegd, vind ik het eigenlijk voordeliger om in Leeuwarden te wonen dan om een nieuwe auto te kopen. Ik ben een betrouwbare huurder, netjes en verantwoordelijk. Ik geniet ervan om mijn ruimte opgeruimd en gezellig te houden. zoek gewoon een plekje om tot rust te komen!

Momenteel ben ik bezig met de (pre-)master "Molecular Sciences" aan het RU, nadat ik afgestudeerd ben van het HBO in Enschede. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in Nijmegen, zodat ik momenteel niet 2,5 uur op en neer hoef te reizen naar Almelo. Ik ben een erg sociaal persoon en vind het altijd wel leuk om een praatje met iedereen te maken. Daarnaast ben ik een grote Formule 1 fan en ben ik iedere maandagavond in een café te vinden om competitief te darten met mijn vrienden. Ik houd van een nette en opgeruimde omgeving voor mezelf maar ook voor mijn huisgenoten en vind dit dan ook erg belangrijk.

I'm Jannis. I'm originally from Chalkida, Greece, but I've been living in Amsterdam for the past five years. I'm a painter (studied fine arts in the university of Athens), currently I'm working as a data engineer, and I work a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. I would describe myself as an easy going and independent person. I'm social, but also appreciate my time alone. I appreciate having guests but am mindful of other's comfort, and would always be open and communicative about having people over, and much the same would appreciate room mates to be open with me as well. I'm open to developing friendships but do not see this as a top priority in searching for a roommate. It is important to have a good level of understanding and respect of our mutual space. I like to keep my living space clean and organized and am the type of person to wash dishes as they are made. I'm looking to move in sometime during June. I'm hoping to find a house near Amsterdam Oost region. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

I like to come to Amsterdam in the Summer for work as a juggler. I'm a quiet and chilled out housemate, who likes to live in a tidy space. Will happily share vegetarian meals with housemates every now and then, but my working schedule means I will mostly be out of the house from midday to 11pm. When I have time off I love to play board games and computer games, as well as practice my juggling, or other fun things like frisbee. My work requires I bring a 30kg box of equipment, so I appreciate ground floor or first floor flat close to Dam Square, or an elevator.
