Hi In September '23 I moved to Utrecht because of work opportunities and I am looking for a new place from April/May. Let me introduce myself. I am Emiel, 30 years old I am originally from Belgium, where I completed my PhD (Biomedical Sciences – Virology). In September I started a new job in Utrecht (Bilthoven). I have received a grant funded by the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control to work as a scientist at RIVM for the next 2 years. I like neat, clean spaces and also value my personal/private space. I enjoy having drinks (beers) and occasionally eating together. Besides work, I try to be in the mountains as often as possible, because I love the outdoors and nature, preferably in a mountainous environment (quite difficult to find in the Netherlands). Hello everybody, I’m Alex (24) and will be attending TU Delft for my Masters starting this summer. During my Bachelors in Germany I already lived in Den Haag for half a year because of an internship, hence I'm already kinda familiar with the region and its housing crisis... that's why I'm also looking for housing in Den Haag and Rotterdam, not only Delft. So far, I’ve not only shared an apartment to save money but to also do activities with my flatmates. From just talking in the evenings, playing board games to going out together etc. and I would like to continue doing so. But of course, everybody needs his/her privacy as well, especially after long days at uni. I’d describe myself as a clean and tidy person and I'd like my roommates to contribute to a clean flat as well.
