Bij deze bachelor staan ruimtelijke planning en ruimtelijk ontwerpen centraal en leer je meer over infrastructuur-, milieu- en watermanagement. De studie bevalt me erg goed, met name het designcomponent vind ik een erg leuk onderdeel! Anderen omschrijven mij als een sportieve, rustige, onafhankelijke en vrolijke meid. Ik vind het leuk om met anderen te kletsen en een drankje te doen, maar ik vind het ook fijn om op mijn eigen kamer te relaxen. Mijn hobby's zijn o.a. hockey, skiën, reizen, het kijken naar voetbal, hockey en de grandprix en social media. Ik ben lid van een commissie van de faculteitsvereniging en ik ben bij de hockeyclub betrokken als scheidsrechter en lid van de PR commissie.

I’m a 22-year-old student and will start my MSc degree at Erasmus in September. Currently I live in Eindhoven, where I completed my bachelor’s degree. In my time here I come from Poland, however I have lived most of my life in Ireland (13 years), before moving to the Netherlands for university. During my time in Eindhoven, I helped organise activities from my study association, I did a student team part-time and was part of a volleyball team for 3 years, so I like to keep myself busy. In Eindhoven most of my friends were Dutch and spoke Dutch to me, so I can almost fluently understand Dutch, and speaking is a work-in-progress. While I enjoy social activities, I am also an ambitious student; I completed my BSc in 3 years and will follow 2 MSc programs. I am outgoing, but also like to relax at home from time to time whether it is board games or watching a series. I am a tidy person and always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking and know how to make a meal or two. What I value in a house is a relaxed atmosphere, where there are people to just chill with, but where I can also find some space for myself to relax. Hi, I’m Evalina, soon to be 20 years old and currently studying the bachelor communication science at the wonderful Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I have always been a curious and open-minded person which is why after my a-levels I realized that I wanted something new and exciting in my life, so I decided to study abroad. Amsterdam as a city was the perfect match for me, because even though I don’t speak Dutch yet (but I am going to learn it with the beginning of May), everyone speaks English and since it is not very far from Germany, I am still able to visit my family regularly. For the first year of my bachelor, I was one of the lucky students to get student accommodation. I am sharing the apartment with another girl and we are both very organized, clean and tidy. But due to an age difference of 8 years she treated me rather like a “little sister” than an equal roommate. This made me realize that for my next accommodation I am not just looking for a place to stay but I am looking to find a home as I am planning on doing my masters as well in Amsterdam. In my free time I love to travel all around the world, do fun activities with my friends but also to have a chilled movie night. Regarding sports in really enjoy doing Zumba as well as tennis. You may wonder why I am the perfect roommate for you? I already have experience in living and running a household on my own.
