Hello! My name is Balázs Böjthy, I’m a 23-year-old Hungarian student, and I am currently studying Political Science at the UvA. I expect to graduate in July of next year, so I would be interested in renting the room at least until the 31st of June 2026. I have been living in Leiden for the past 2 years, but I broke up with my partner and therefore I am looking to move away as soon as possible. Preferably to a cozy room in Amsterdam or the surrounding area. A bit about me: I am finishing my Political Science bachelor this semester, but I decided to extend my studies and do an Economics related minor, which takes 1 year to complete. Aside from studying, I work in a traditional Dutch Cheese store (I can always bring some nice cheeses for you). I am also part of a the student association called AEGEE. I’ve also been volunteering at an NGO specialized in the prevention of labor exploitation of immigrant workers called Fairwork. I’m a quiet, calm, and tidy person who has lived in a small town called Sopron in Hungary most of his life and has been living in the Netherlands for the past two years already. I would like to move to Amsterdam or at least closer to the city. This is because I think it is an amazing place, and my job and my school are there. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, I pay the rent on time, I have a stable job and income, and I always respect any set rules. Aside from what I mentioned before, I enjoy watching movies, taking care of plants, hiking, biking and traveling in my free time. Please let me know if there is any opportunity for me to rent this room starting from the 1st of May or as soon as possible and feel free to message me if you have any questions about me!
