I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. My academic interests lean towards diplomacy and policy economics, so most of my time outside of training is spent either in lectures, reading, or working on projects in that space. In practice this means I am rarely home before the evening, I keep a structured routine, and I genuinely value coming back to a calm and tidy place. I clean up after myself, keep shared areas the way I found them, and would rather raise something small early than let it become awkward. No parties, no constant stream of visitors, no drama.
