I'm looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful to take care of it. The place is well-maintained, and I’m hoping to find someone who will treat it like their own.

- Well-kept, cozy apartment
- 3 minutes walk to the city center
- 13 minutes walk or 4 minutes bike ride to Leiden Central
- Surrounded by cafes and bakeries
- Ideal for someone who is super clean and tidy
- Will require a deposit to ensure the place stays in great condition
- No smoking or parties, please
