Looking for roommate to  share a centrally located  Appartment  in Leiden 

Rent - €800/month (Excl. Utilities) .  

My name is Vincent, 22 years old, master student in  Bio Pharmaceutical Sciences. I’m looking for a roommate to share a spacious and newly renovated apartment with a total of around 70sqm. There are 2 bedrooms , two shared bathrooms (one with bathing tub/shower), and a large combined kitchen/living room. The costs will be €800 per month, excluding utilities. A deposit of 1500 euro needs to be paid as well. 

Details about the apartment:

Location: Very central, close to everything you need (shops, public transport, etc.).

Bed room: bright with big windows. Not furnished . 

Shared Spaces: Spacious kitchen/living room, perfect for relaxing and cooking together.

A bit about me:

I’m a friendly, easy-going person who loves to cook, play board and computer games, and hang out with friends. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and social. Ideally, someone with similar interests who enjoys a relaxed, communal living situation.
