In Amsterdam, he especially enjoys exploring the museums. Income situation: We currently both receive full scholarships from different German organizations that total 3000 € per month and we also have some savings. After the summer Valentin will start working as electrical engineer and Elisa will continue to receive her scholarship. As tenants, we’re: Respectful but relaxed. We’re not the type to stress over a few dishes in the sink, but we’ll never leave a mess. We are involved in our work/studies, but we love meeting new people and sharing meals. Reliable. We pay rent on time, communicate openly, and just want a comfy place to live. What we’d love: A room or apartment in Amsterdam (or nearby, with a reasonable commute), whether that’s with housemates or just us. Ideally under 2200€, but we’re flexible for the right spot. Hey, my name is Luke and I’m starting my psychology studies from September in the University of Groningen. I’m 19 years old, from Freiburg Germany and finished school in spring 2023. A bit about myself: I’m really looking forward to Groningen and meeting new people. I love going to parties or bars and having eventful evenings with random outcomes. In general, I’m always up for doing almost anything as long as it’s fun (that can involve sports or any social activities). On the other hand I also like privacy and don’t have a problem with having a quiet evening with a film or series. In September 2023 I participated in a 6-month project in Bochum, Germany called Theater Total, where I spent 7 days a week learning the craft of acting and theatre with a group of 20 other participants. I grew tremendously in that time and learned a lot about myself. I’ve got experience in living in flat shares and I can say that I enjoy a tidy and hygienic lifestyle and will definitely not be a burden, who doesn’t clean up after themselves.
