Beste verhuurder, Met veel enthousiasme reageer ik op de huurwoning in Utrecht. Tot voor kort woonde ik in Wittevrouwen, waar ik enorm genoot van het leven in de stad. De levendigheid, gezellige horeca en het stadsgevoel maken Utrecht voor mij de ideale plek om te wonen. Deze woning sluit daar perfect op aan. Ik werk als family assistant in loondienst, een functie waarin zorgvuldigheid, betrokkenheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Diezelfde eigenschappen neem ik mee als huurder: ik ben netjes, zelfstandig en sociaal, en hecht veel waarde aan goed contact met zowel de verhuurder als buren.
